Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 business days within Germany. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, without giving any reason. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How it works:

1. Email us with your order number: [your email].
2. Send the item back to the address we give you.
3. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
